More fun, much more exciting: cruises

Today i would like to express my opinion about a more exotic way of having a vacation for singles. This alternative is offered by travel companies selling cruises.

Same as for the other types of vacations, cruises are sold to the public either as generic packages or as specialized niches. One of these niches is, of course, cruise packages for single people. This way you normally spend little or no traveling efforts while you get the chance to see very nice locations and very different people (especially in the case of cruises going through multiple countries). Of course, you have the extra benefit on being on a ship with potentially a lot of other single people looking forward to make new connections and/or new friends.

Contrary to what maybe some of us will expect, the price of such a vacation is sometimes not so high. As far as I can see, you can get a 7 nights package vacation for singles over 40 in the Western Caribbean starting from around 1500 dollars. Of course, the price can go higher than that depending on the accommodation type you select, season etc. The starting and ending point of mentioned trip Miami. Of course, getting to and from there might involve some extra expenses.

France, Paris and French Riviera - singles vacations over 40

Let's say i am a person over 40 living in New York area. Let's also say that i have some time to travel and i would like to go into vacation where i can see great places and also have some social activity as for example to meet other singles of my age. I would consider very seriously a vacation to Europe. One of the places easy to reach in Europe, a very trendy destination from both travel and social point of view if, of course, France.

What i would do is to book a singles vacation to France. I have seen some offers for the frech riviera. One of these packages will most probably offer you the change to spend a day ot two also in Paris.

By choosing such a package you get many potential benefits, as for example:
- meet singles over on vacation as you are or local people;
- get the chance to relax and enjoy doing something else than you normally do;
- see Paris;
- visit and spend some time in a great location: Frech riviera.

Of course, such a vacation might not be the cheapest, most probably will costs you over 2-3.000 dollars, but normally should worth spending those money.

Several singles vacation package categories

As far as i read, i think there are several main categories of holiday packages for singles vacations, over of under 40.
First of them and probably the easiest to achieve are weekend packages for singles.
Weekend are considered by some people as micro vacations. They are a great opportunity to escape from everyday life and to meet new people and make new friends.

Another form of singles travel packages are the tours. Tours are a very good option for people who like to travel and see the world while having the possibility to meet other singles with maybe the same interest.

Singles Cruises are a great way to have a very pleasant vacation, see a lot of places, relax and enjoy the travel. All of these and with the bonus of possibly meeting other singles in vacation.

Finally, for very active people willing to combine their vacation with some adventure, there are adventure packages for singles.

Singles vacations over 40

I am soon turning 40 years old and i am starting to be interested in singles vacations for my age range.
I am goind to do some research on the available singles vacations for over 40 years old people. I have to admit that this research is not mainly for me, since i will be probably not be interested very much in singles vacations (i am married with kids) but i look around and I see an important number of people that might be very interested in this type of travel.
