Today i would like to express my opinion about a more exotic way of having a vacation for singles. This alternative is offered by travel companies selling cruises.
Same as for the other types of vacations, cruises are sold to the public either as generic packages or as specialized niches. One of these niches is, of course, cruise packages for single people. This way you normally spend little or no traveling efforts while you get the chance to see very nice locations and very different people (especially in the case of cruises going through multiple countries). Of course, you have the extra benefit on being on a ship with potentially a lot of other single people looking forward to make new connections and/or new friends.
Contrary to what maybe some of us will expect, the price of such a vacation is sometimes not so high. As far as I can see, you can get a 7 nights package vacation for singles over 40 in the Western Caribbean starting from around 1500 dollars. Of course, the price can go higher than that depending on the accommodation type you select, season etc. The starting and ending point of mentioned trip Miami. Of course, getting to and from there might involve some extra expenses.
